Orders cannot be canceled or modified in any way once they are placed. Please double-check your cart contents, including sizes and colors, before placing your order, to make sure you get precisely what you intended.
If your order has not been fulfilled / shipped yet, we will do our best to change the address for you. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure that your e-mail includes the correct address if you reach out to us, so that there is no back and forth responses. If the order has already been shipped, no changes can be made to the shipping label or destination. Please double-check your address when placing your order to avoid any trouble.
If the two orders are placed within fifteen minutes of each other and are going to the exact same address, our system will combine the orders. Please reach out to us if your orders were placed within 15 minutes of each other, so we can refund one of your shipping charges for you.
Orders placed more than 15 minutes apart from each other, or orders going to different addresses, cannot be combined.
Orders that are comprised of non-customized pieces proudly ship out within 24 hours.
Due to current delays, custom pieces take up to 35 days to create, and will ship out immediately. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships out. Please try tracking your order here before e-mailing us about your order. If your order has just shipped out, allow about 24 hours for the tracking number to update and provide accurate information.
All e-mails are replied to within about 24-48 hours. We do not ignore any e-mails, so please do not send more than one e-mail. Sending more than one e-mail will send your inquiry to the back of our inbox, and that would be no fun. Please do not message us on multiple platforms, such as Instagram, E-mail, and WhatsApp. This will only further slow down your time of getting a proper response.

If you have ordered a non-custom piece, we typically fulfill all orders within 24 hours. Standard US Delivery & Express International Shipping take approximately 2-5 days. Please use the tracking number in your e-mail order confirmation to keep an eye on your package.
For orders containing custom pieces, please allow up to 35 full days for us to create the piece. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your package ships out.
My order says it's been delivered, but I don't see it.
This is very common in the United States. Before e-mailing us, please be sure to check your front door / porch area, your mailbox, family members / neighbors, and especially any front desk / administration office in your residence (especially in apartment complexes).
Furthermore, USPS often marks a package as "delivered" much before the package arrives. Please allow a full 3-5 days after the claimed delivery date to give a chance for the package to arrive. If the package has not arrived, please contact your local post office to see if it may have been delivered or held there.
If all the above steps have been taken and no package has been found, then you may have to file a claim for a missing package through USPS. This claim can be done here.
Re-shipments for lost/missing packages can only be shipped as exact duplicates of your original order, and cannot be modified or refunded.

Order contents and details (such as colors and sizes) cannot be modified. If an address needs to be changed and your order has not been fulfilled yet, please reach out to Support@Nominalx.com so we can help you with any changes needed. Be sure to provide your correct address all in one email so we can make the change in a timely manner. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped out or the process has already begun on your custom piece (which occurs 48 hours after your order is placed), there is nothing we are able to do. Still feel free to reach out to discuss possible options for returns or exchanges.

All Nominal jewelry is covered with a Lifetime Warranty against any rust or tarnish, including manufacturing defects and color fading. We stand proudly with our real 18-karat gold plating, pure stainless steel fills, and all customized jewelry. If you run into any issues pertaining to color fading or rusting, please reach out to us and we will replace your item for free. However, in some areas of the world (including many regions within Africa), a refund may be issued instead of an item replacement due to high shipping costs.
Momentous & Timeless Collection Watches are all covered with a Limited 2-Year Warranty for all manufacturing defects, including aesthetic and performance issues. Minor scratches and normal wear and tear does not justify a warranty claim. Our Japanese Miyota Movement Batteries come with a Limited 2-Year Warranty. If for any reason we deem physical damage to be a part of the issue, your warranty claim can be rejected.
Bouquet & Statement Collection Watches are all covered with a Limited 2-Year Warranty for all manufacturing defects, including aesthetic and performance issues. Minor scratches and normal wear and tear does not justify a warranty claim. Our Swiss Movement batteries come with a Limited 5-Year Warranty. If for any reason we deem physical damage to be a part of the issue, your warranty claim can be rejected.

Your Custom Purchase
All orders that contain a custom piece take about 25-35 days to create and ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. If you are in the United States, shipping typically takes 2-4 days after the piece is made. If you are outside of the United States, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
All of our custom pieces are designed by our team at Nominal in the United States, and hand-made and hand-polished in China.

Return & Exchange Policy

Non-Custom Items: Due to COVID-19, we have extended our return and exchange policies to accommodate any areas that have quarantine restrictions. We accept returns and exchanges of any non-custom pieces in new and sellable condition within 60 days of arrival date. It is up to the discretion of the Nominal Team to deem an item in legible condition for exchange or return. Due to hygienic purposes and safety reasons, earrings cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges at this time. To begin a return or exchange, please click here. Once you go through those steps, you will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label that you can download and print (within the United States). Refunds on orders may not include the cost of shipping already paid for by Nominal.
Custom Items: Our policy covers any damaged or defective products upon arrival. Beyond that, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges for any custom-made pieces because these pieces are created 1 for 1 and cannot be restocked.
International Returns & Exchanges: We are unable to process return labels for international customers at this time. Shipments back to Nominal must be paid for by the customer, and your refund / exchange will be processed upon receipt of the item. A separate shipment charge will also be incurred if you are looking for an exchange. If Nominal is at fault for any order errors, we cover the cost of everything to make it right. If there are any defects or mistake made in your order, international customers are always covered under our full item replacement warranty and will not be expected to pay for any shipment charges.
Neon Signs: Please contact us for any neon signs that need to be returned or exchanged prior to returning it. If a neon sign arrives defective in any way, we would love to help and get an exchange going. If a sign needs to be sent back to us for any reason beyond a defect, the buyer assumes all responsibility for sending the package back to us in a safe manner and also assumes responsibility for what may occur during transit. If the sign arrives back to us damaged in any way, it may be sent back to the buyer, and no refund or exchange can be given.
