We guarantee that….
Any defect in the craftsmanship of our jewellery is fully covered for 5 years from purchase.
If a fault or a defect is found in the way our jewellery was crafted, we will correct the defect or exchange or remake the jewellery at no cost to you.
Our diamonds are conflict free.

Please note that our guarantee does not cover accidental or intentional damage or loss caused by the customer or a third party. We can give you some real life examples that have not been covered by our guarantee: such as catching a ring on a door frame, accidentally dropping an earring into a waste disposal container or vacuuming up a bracelet.
If anything does happen to your jewellery, whether it’s your fault or ours, the best thing to do is send it back to us for an assessment. We will then either repair the item for free under our guarantee, or we will charge you a small fee for the repair if the damage was caused by you. We will always be forthright and let you know beforehand if there are any charges.
One way or another we will always do our utmost to help.
