Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to any country. Whenever possible we use a local logistics service to keep delivery costs as low as possible. We use reputed shipping companies DHL, FedEx, EMs and all our products are insured.
Returns
If you're not happy with your item, please Contact us so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or refund.To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning the item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your custom jewellery, you may return it for a refund (minus a 30% restocking fee) within 30 days of the purchase date. We also accept exchanges, but due to custom nature of this product and not being able to resell returns we charge a 30% remake fee. Further, we only allow a maximum of 1 exchange per item, so please take the time to ensure your customization's (size, engravings, etc.) are correct.
However, if the item is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you or you can send it back to us for a full refund Delivery.
Overall a package shouldn't take more than 15-25 business days to arrive and typical shipping times to the U.K., North America, Europe are 20 business days.
We provide free shipping to UK, USA, Canada and most of the EU.
For faster shipping we can send your products through DHL or FedEx at an extra cost. It may take up to 12 working days to deliver the products and this include production time.
Specific countries such as Canada may experience longer delivery periods due to delays at customs and an additional period may have to be allowed. Unfortunately this added period is out of our control and due to domestic customs.
Refund Period
All of our products come with a 30 day refund period, if you have a problem just let us know and we will do our best to help.
Import Taxes
Please note some of our high value jewellery item may incur custom duty depending on the country. Generally products worth more than 150$ incur taxes, where taxes are applied the customer is responsible for all fees/taxes.
Cancellations
Please ensure all orders on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order.
Returned Items
If you have spoken with a member of our support team and a return is applicable on the item you have purchased, all items must be sent to our return address in their original unused condition. If an item has been received damaged you must inform us prior to returning your items as it is the customers responsibility to ensure all items are returned in a working and resalable condition. Included in your return you must state your name and order ID.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect or your address is changed within the estimated delivery time we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order dost not make its way to you. If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavour to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.
Public/Shared Addresses
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and UB Jewels will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
